This is one of the easiest fried egg recipes for dinner especially when you feel lazy to cook.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-cup rice boiled and cooled
  • 1/4 tsp salt, beat together the salt and eggs
  • 1 coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbls finely chopped celery
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp oil
Method:
  1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok. Add the eggs and scramble them and Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in wok, and stir-fry the garlic and onion together over high heat until the onion is transparent.
  3. Add the rice, chilli sauce, Soya sauce, vinegar, celery and mix. Continue to stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add the scrambled eggs and serve hot.
