Exercising in the pool is a great way to cool off and get a great workout without so much negative impact on bones and joints. Check out these great moves to get you started!
Stand in chest-deep water, holding onto the edge of the pool with your hands. Lift your body up so you are floating horizontally, still holding to the wall. Create waves by initiating a body roll movement, starting in your abdomen, then moving through your hips and down your legs. Legs and feet stay together (as if you were a mermaid). Repeat the movement rapidly, creating waves for at least 30 seconds.
