A lot of people who work out at the gym have bad habits even they themselves have no clue they’re bad. They would go about their fitness training program everyday just to find out they’re not making any strides.

The old theory used to be that you should train on an empty stomach in order to burn more fat. There are conflicting studies on whether this is true, but I’m in the camp that believes you should give your body fuel before you push it to the max.
